For those who need more than one update per month, any extra changes are billed based on time at $75 per hour, with a minimum of $25 for each 20-minute block. And don’t worry—if a job takes more than an hour, we’ll send you a quote before getting started.

Why Am I Seeing an OpenAI Error Message?

Our software is powered by the widely recognized OpenAI software, the same technology used by ChatGPT. OpenAI boasts a 99.9% uptime, but brief interruptions may occasionally occur due to updates and maintenance, usually lasting only a few seconds. These minor outages affect all companies using OpenAI globally and are beyond our control. If you notice such disruptions, they often coincide with version updates and do not indicate an issue with our software. If you experience other connection problems, please don't hesitate to contact our support team for assistance.

I've changed my homepage. Can I transfer the digital assistant?

Certainly, you can. We'll supply the script to you at no cost. Your webmaster should be familiar with how to integrate it. If not, we can handle the implementation for a fixed fee of $150.

Is the bot GDPR compliant?

Short answer:
Yes, if handled correctly.

Long answer: 
The software behind our digital assistant runs via JavaScript on your homepage and sends data to servers in the UK (to our technical service provider, who stores, processes, and forwards the data) as well as to our Google Drive to provide the Google Sheet (if selected). Upon request, this can also be created in a table in your Google Drive (in this case, you would need to create a table according to our specifications and grant us editing access). The additional time required will be charged based on effort, typically around $75. Your task as a user of the software is to provide this information to your website visitors and, if necessary, adjust your consent cookie banner accordingly.

You must decide whether you consider it necessary to offer the software without visitor consent (necessary cookies) or want to classify it as a marketing tool (marketing cookie). Providing information alone is usually considered necessary, and consent would not be mandatory. However, if you are collecting data such as name and email, this could be viewed more as a marketing tool and should be appropriately named and set up in the cookie banner (with the visitor's consent).

To successfully display the assistant, the page must be reloaded after consent (an automatic reloading function is offered by all common cookie banner providers). If you give the visitor the option to disable and refuse the execution of scripts by third parties and thereby prevent external scripts from being loaded, the digital assistant will not be displayed.

Our Built-in Chatbot
Our CRM's built-in AI-powered chatbots are omni-channel, meaning they can be integrated on your homepage, Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile, and used as live chat or SMS chat. The best part: since it's built-in, there are no extra setup or monthly costs beyond the CRM subscription. The downside: there is a fee for every interaction, currently 4 cents per message (as of Dec. 2024) for "conversation AI" usage.

In short, if you're already using our CRM, you don’t need our digital assistant. But if you don’t have a CRM or your CRM lacks an AI-powered chatbot, our digital assistant is the right solution, as it’s fully covered by the monthly fee (including data transfer via Make.com).
