You can automatically send review requests via email or SMS after a customer interaction. Requests can be scheduled for specific days after signup or purchase, and up to three reminders can be sent to encourage feedback. How does the setup process work?
After signing up for a trial of our software, you'll receive an invitation to the email address you provided. You can then set your own password, explore the platform, and start using it right away.
Next, we offer a complimentary personal onboarding session via video call to walk you through the software's features. While some users prefer to configure settings independently, others value our assistance, such as with integrations. The video call is optional but highly recommended. It only takes 20 minutes and ensures you’re fully equipped to get the most out of the software. We call this 'Setting You Up for Success.'
How does BMGM Reviews handle negative feedback?
The platform allows you to capture negative feedback privately before it’s posted publicly. This gives you a chance to address issues directly with the customer.
Can I manage multiple business locations with one account?
With one account, you can manage all your locations under a single homepage widget and review page, sharing the same email request allocation. If you'd prefer separate email limits, distinct widgets, and individual review pages for each location, we offer additional accounts at a discounted rate. Contact our sales team for more details.
What do the limits mean?
Each plan comes with daily and monthly limits for sending new review requests via email. The daily limit is either 50, 100 or 250, while the monthly limit is 500, 1,000 or 2,500 requests. To avoid exceeding the monthly cap, you could send around 16, 32 or 82 emails per day if evenly distributed. However, since review request emails aren't typically sent daily, we've increased the daily limit to help you maximize the 500, 1,00 or 2,500 requests. You can customize which days the emails are sent in the settings.
The 500, 1,000 or 2,500 limit applies only to new review requests, not to thank-you or reminder emails. If you configure three reminders and one thank-you email, we'll send four times as many emails for you. Additionally, you can generate unlimited new review requests through other tools (excluding SMS).
What are the key differences between the three plans?
The primary difference lies in the number of new review requests you can send via email and SMS each day and month. All plans allow unlimited requests through other channels. With the two smaller plans, you have the option to use our email server if needed. However, with the Enterprise plan, you are required to use your own email server, while ours is available for testing or as a backup.
What kind of reminders can I send with BMGM Reviews?
You can send up to two automatic reminders via email or SMS to customers who haven’t left a review yet. If you want to use SMS, you need your own Twilio account.
Is it possible to import customer data for review requests?
Yes, you can bulk import customer data using a CSV file or through the REST API. We also integrate with Stripe and HubSpot, allowing you to automate review requests within the platform. For example, you can automatically send a review request 10 days after an invoice is paid or when a customer is tagged in your CRM. All of this can be done effortlessly on Autopilot.
Does BMGM Reviews provide analytics?
Yes, you can integrate with Google Analytics by simply pasting your ID into the platform to track page views and events related to your review page. While our platform provides some built-in reporting features, Google Analytics offers a more in-depth and comprehensive form of analytics for detailed tracking and insights.
How does the review protection funnel work?
The review protection funnel helps safeguard your online reputation by filtering negative reviews and allowing you to address them before they’re posted publicly. This feature is optional since some platforms do not like this feature to be used (review gating).
