I’m Richard Bolte, founder of BE MY GUEST MARKETING, specializing in AI-powered automation and marketing services for tour guides, tour operators, and experience-based tourism businesses.

With over 25 years in hospitality, real estate, and marketing, I have always worked closely with tour guides and travel professionals. As a hotel manager and sales & marketing manager, I collaborated with guides to enhance guest experiences. Later, as a real estate agent, I showcased not just homes but the lifestyle and unique features of each area, much like tour operators do when presenting their destinations.

As a traveling entrepreneur, I experience firsthand the passion and dedication of tour guides in every new country I visit. This deep connection allows me to understand the challenges of the industry and create marketing solutions that truly support your business.

I hold a Master’s degree in online marketing and two advanced tourism degrees from Germany (Touristikfachwirt (IHK) and Tourismusökonom (FH)), giving me deep expertise in travel and hospitality.
