To do this, we need basic information from you—such as who purchased and their contact details (email or phone number)—to kickstart the process. Small businesses can easily enter this information manually or upload a monthly customer list, while busier businesses can take advantage of full automation by connecting their CRM, shopping, or accounting system directly to our platform.
Can I use your review collection service with any CRM?
Our review collection service is standalone and works with any CRM that supports Zapier, Make.com, or API/webhooks. Our BMGM CRM supports this integration, with API/webhook usage billed separately. It syncs both ways—pulling customer data into the review software and pushing reviews back into the CRM. Since BMGM CRM includes built-in review collection and reply features, we recommend using only one system. This service is ideal for clients without a CRM or those whose CRM lacks review collection capabilities.
