Terms and Conditions of the Review Growth Guarantee

1. Eligibility for Guarantee
To be eligible for the guarantee, the customer must:
- Actively use our software and have a working integration with their CRM, accounting, or payment system to ensure automatic review requests.
- Provide permission for us to contact their past clients or customers from the last 12 months to request reviews.
- Agree to the automated reminders that we will set up (up to three reminders via email and SMS).

2. Review Calculation Method
The baseline for measuring reviews is the number of reviews on Google at the time of starting our service. To calculate the number of reviews historically received:
- We take the total number of reviews at the time of start.
- Determine the age of the oldest review by calculating the number of full months since it was posted. We do this by multiplying each year by 12 months (e.g., 10 years = 120 months).
- Divide the total number of reviews by the total number of months since the oldest review to determine the average number of reviews per month.
Example:
- If there are 1,200 reviews and the oldest review is 10 years old (120 months), the average number of reviews per month is calculated as 1,200 reviews ÷ 120 months = 10 reviews per month.

3. Eligibility Criteria 
To qualify for the guarantee:
- The company must have at least 12 reviews and at least one full year of review collection history.
- The guarantee applies only to the total number of reviews collected within the first 100 days, not the number of reviews collected each month.
- The customer must provide a list of at least five times the number of reviews we promise to collect, either via integration or as a CSV file (using the provided template). For example, if we promise to collect 60 new reviews, the customer’s list must include at least 300 past clients.

4. Guarantee Calculation 
The goal is to double the total number of reviews collected within the first 100 days. For example:
- If the customer’s baseline number of reviews is 10 reviews per month and we estimate a total of 60 reviews for the 100-day period, we will aim to collect a total of 120 reviews.
- The goal is to reach this total by any combination of reviews collected during the 100 days, not necessarily in the first, second, or third month. The focus is on the total number collected, not the average per month.

5. Guarantee Conditions 
If we are unable to collect the promised number of reviews (as calculated above) within the first 100 days of service:
- We will either refund the money paid for the service or continue working with the customer for an additional year at no charge, based on the customer’s preference.

6. Increased Review Requests 
During the first month of service, we may increase the number of review requests beyond the selected plan. For example:
- If the customer selects the medium plan (250 review requests via email and SMS per month) and provides us with 900 past clients, we will increase the review requests sent to 1,150 (the 900 past clients plus the 250 monthly requests).
- We will adjust the review request volume based on the customer’s past client list to maximize the potential for obtaining reviews.

7. Customer Responsibilities 
To meet the guarantee conditions, the customer must:
- Provide a list of at least five times the number of reviews we promise to collect (e.g., 300 clients for 60 reviews) via integration or in CSV format (using the provided template).
- Maintain an active and functional integration with their CRM, accounting, or payment system.
- Ensure they are using our software and systems as instructed to enable automated review requests.

8. Limitations of Liability 
The guarantee applies only if the customer fulfills the conditions above. Any failure to meet the conditions (such as inactive software usage or failure to provide an adequate client list) will void the guarantee.

9. Miscellaneous 
- This guarantee is valid for the first 100 days of service. After this period, the customer will no longer be eligible for the refund or free year of service.
- The customer agrees to cooperate with any additional requests or requirements needed to help us meet the review target.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect upon their publication.
